Munashe Manyeza(22) and Sihle Bomela (21) decided to quit their 8 to 5 jobs to start their own company.

Working a normal job was getting tiring and boring for this young duo. They had fresh and exciting business ideas .Sihle and Munashe met when they were working together a few years back. They were juniors at the company and worked very well together. The duo was working overtime  sometimes for the same basic salary at the end of the month and they got fed up.

Starting their own business was not easy; they encountered many challenges along the way. The digital market industry is very competitive so it was difficult for them to penetrate, but still they didn’t give up. The dream for the 2 ambitious young entrepreneurs was working for something more, not the same basic salary at the of the month.

The uncertainty around the success of the business was an issue for them. In 2020 they launched their company with help from families and friends.

Apex Digital Space(ADS) is a forefront digital marketing agency they founded together that provides services such as branding, web development, app development, social networking, advertising and search engine optimisation. It’s been a beautiful journey filled with ups and downs. The young entrepreneurs face a lot of challenges everyday but they are strong. Their extra exceptional services have managed to bring in a lot clients.

As a new and young company a lot of people prefer working with the them because they offer quality over quantity. It wasn’t easy but through perseverance and determination they did it.

Being young was no issue for the duo. They concluded by calling all young people to stop making excuses but rather to stand up and start taking action now.
